Roller fitted quite easily and is now operational.
However I found that the spindles and washers were not esential.

It would be helpful to have a notification informing me that items were out of stock and expected delivery date.
Apart from that the service was excellent.

I ordered a new set of blades, blade bosses and a drive belt from Word of Mowers.
The order was easy to place on their website, and the parts diagrams were a massive help in ensuring I ordered the right parts.
It was processed, shipped and delivered very quickly with no fuss at all.
The parts seem to be top quality - especially the blades which are very high quality and much better than the thin stamped metal of other suppliers. I would not hesitate to order from here again.
